We incorporate the client’s space goals into the plan to develop the appropriate space flow and placement of furniture, fixtures and equipment.

Archvia provides on-site staff to oversee contractors and ensure coordination and collaboration, budget management and timely achievement of milestones.

Archvia has strong experience negotiating federal leased opportunities through the General Services Administration (GSA). We understand the scope of GSA leases, lease conditions and the requirements for submitting an award winning proposal. Our experience extends beyond federal leased opportunities and we have also successfully negotiated commercial leases.

Archvia utilizes best practices to understand, evaluate and outline the project scope to provide an itemized and comprehensive estimate of indirect and direct costs.

Contingency planning is an integral part of our project and construction management process and we review and evaluate change orders in the context of the overall scope to manage budget while maintaining the architectural and construction integrity of the project to ensure that it meets the client’s current and future needs.

Archvia has extensive experience working with contracting officers and guiding clients through the detailed process of ensuring that all deadlines are met and required paperwork is submitted to verify project completion, manage final payments, and ensure disposition of classified materials in accordance with guidelines and regulations.

Archvia works collaboratively at project outset to develop a comprehensive schedule, outlining the critical path, and ensuring the availability of labor and materials to adhere to timely project completion.

Archvia aids clients by understanding proposal requirements, including requirements specific to GSA, local government and commercial organizations, outlining key details that support project objectives and writing award-winning proposals.

Archvia has expertise in the end to end development process and understands the vital first step of outlining detailed requirements in the statement of work.

Archvia conducts a detailed inspection to develop a comprehensive report that helps clients understand the value of their facility, areas of system fatigue or operational inefficiencies, and prepare and manage capital budgets.

Archvia will review the lease to ensure alignment with our client’s space goals including: review of all terms and conditions, services and maintenance schedules, performance management and coordinate with key stakeholders.

We oversee the preparation of construction drawings, permitting and zoning requirements and the construction of the space.

As part of program oversight, project plans are monitored daily and updated, at least, weekly to ensure adherence to critical path.

Archvia will ensure proposal compliance and eligibility. During contract negotiations, we work closely to ensure alignment with goals and budget management.
