Archvia provided project management services for the lease consolidation of 2,061 staff in 491,000 rentable square feet. Archvia supported the Government project team from base building construction through tenant occupancy. The project included a program of requirements (POR) update, specialty design for data, telecommunications, audiovisual, security and broadcast video systems, cost estimation, food service design, landscape features and furnishings.
